The Property Ready Certified Service Partner designation is granted only after review and approval. Certification is not a government license, trade license, or third-party accreditation.
Approved partners are expected to maintain professional communication, dependable scheduling, quality workmanship, appropriate insurance for the services provided, respect for the property, requested project documentation and Property Ready client-service standards.
Property Ready TN may suspend or revoke partner status when standards are not maintained. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, certification, work assignments, referrals, leads or revenue.
Participation in the Real Estate Partner Network does not guarantee referrals, leads, exclusivity or compensation. Any referral or marketing relationship is subject to applicable laws and any additional written agreements.
Service availability varies by location, scheduling and project conditions. Pay at Closing is subject to approval, transaction verification, signed authorization and applicable terms. Wisetack financing is subject to eligibility, approval and provider terms.
Cleaning, maintenance, staging and curb-appeal services can improve presentation and help protect property condition. References to value, marketability or presentation are not guarantees of increased appraisal value, sale price, rent, occupancy rate or time on market.
